The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) framework is used to analyze the internal and external factors that impact a business or project. It helps organizations identify their strengths to leverage, recognize weaknesses to improve upon, uncover opportunities for growth, and mitigate potential threats. This analysis provides a clear, structured overview of key strategic factors, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
The PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal) framework is designed to assess the broader external environment in which a business operates. It evaluates factors such as political stability, economic conditions, societal trends, technological advancements, environmental concerns, and legal regulations. By understanding these macroeconomic forces, businesses can develop more comprehensive strategies to adapt to the dynamic external environment.
For both frameworks, once the analysis is generated, you have two convenient options to view the content. You can explore the analysis directly on the website for quick access and real-time insights. Alternatively, you can download the full presentation as a PowerPoint file by clicking the Download PowerPoint button, allowing you to share or present the findings in a structured, visual format.
